Due to the personalized nature of our products at All-Star Society, we cannot offer returns. Each custom artwork is designed with care, tailored specifically for you.

If you're unhappy with your final product, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure you're pleased with the final masterpiece.

​

If you receive the wrong product, incorrect size, or damaged item, we will replace it without question. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

​

Orders can be canceled or changed within 30 minutes of placement. After 30 minutes, requests will be granted at our discretion as our artists often begin work immediately.

​

We use the photo you upload with your order. Follow our photography tips; we cannot offer solutions for low-quality photos. Special requests may be noted but are not guaranteed.

All site examples are made from high-resolution photos. Blurry, low-quality photos will result in lower-quality artwork.
